Peter Kennington began dealing in koi in the
early 1980's, but had to put his passion on a
back burner for personal reasons, and it was not
until the mid 1990's when he met his life and
business partner, that the desire re-emerged to
sell koi.
Peters partner Anne Read is well known in the
koi world for her koi art, When the suggestion
was made that they moved and started Cedar Lodge
Koi, Anne jumped at the chance.

The name Cedar Lodge Koi came with the business
premises and where they now live, anyone who has
visited Cedar Lodge Koi will agree that it is
a very relaxing little corner of Britain.

and visitors to us and the shop are more than
welcome to sit and soak up the relaxing air"
